Synchronized Breathing with Oṃ Chanting - 30 minutes - Free

Immerse in the rhythm of breathwork synchronized with the 432Hz Oṃ sound. Quietening the mind and subtle energization can be effected by exhale and pause followed by inhale and pause. Through this video, synchronize an 11-12 second exhalation with the meditation bowl sound transitioning smoothly into a 3-4 second pause. Similarly, synchronize an 11-12 second inhalation with the Oṃ chanting transitioning smoothly into the pause as the Oṃ sound fades. Here the rhythm could also be 12+3 exhale followed by a 12+3 inhale synchronized right the stroke of the bowl sound and the Oṃ sound. However if a 12 second inhale or exhale is too long then try to breathe in or out for 10 to 11 seconds, making sure that the transition to the pause or hold is very smooth without any extra effort. Results are best achieved using ujjāyī breathing method instead of regular nasal breathing.
For those who wish to take this practice to the next level: Sit in a steady posture with eyes closed. Focus attention in the mid-point of the two eyebrows to repose in calmness. During the inhalation and Oṃ chanting try to guide the prāna up the spinal column from the tailbone area into the back of head, and then during the pause feel the sound energy in the occiput area of the back of the head. Feel the subtle energization in the entire spine while feeling that the muscles of the spinal column are relaxed. This synchronization of correct ujjāyī breathing with the Oṃ frequencies corresponding to A 432Hz have been known to increase oxygenation. Please use good speakers or high quality headphones when listening and meditating.
